Dear Church Family,
I want to thank Lois Bartelt for providing today’s service. Her words are most relevant as we head into this week during which we celebrate Thanksgiving. In spite of the challenges and restrictions brought about by COVID-19, in spite of not being with family and friends the way we have in the past, in spite of the uncertainty and unease we may feel in this new world we are experiencing, we still need to remember to be thankful. Thankful for our life, those we love, those that love us, and most especially for God’s presence in our lives. His grace, mercy and love know no bounds. He is the constant that we can always count on no matter how inconsistent our lives might currently be. So, let us all give thanks to God this week for all that we are, all that we have, and all that He has done and continues to do for us.
Blessings,
Pastor Rick
PS: I forgot to mention to Lois to have her camera in a vertical position (which is counter to the normal way you shoot video). In this service she does adjust it after the first few minutes. Thanks, Lois, for a job well done.
Thank you Lois. I am great ful I can hear your voice, see your face and we still worship together.
